  Waist of time. I waited for a week for them to order a supposedly new replacement part for my phone, which turned out to be defective. They refused to refund me until I left a bad review, then insisted that I take the bad review down before they would issue a refund. In contrast, I just called ClickAway, where I have had great experiences in the past. Turns out ClickAway charges less for the same job and they are able to to obtain the part in 2-3 days instead of waiting a week.
